Years I’ve been coaching this sport: 5 years
Playing experience: I wrestled in this sport for four years at the high school level, where I developed a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the game and an appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and accountability.
I coach because… I coach because I am passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the mat. I believe sports provide an opportunity to teach life skills such as responsibility, work ethic, and perseverance. My goal is to guide athletes in understanding that improvement and success come from consistent effort and commitment.
My overall coaching philosophy: My overall coaching philosophy is simple: you deserve what you earn. Playing time, trust, and success are the results of hard work, preparation, and doing the right things when no one is watching. I strive to create an environment where athletes are held accountable, challenged to improve, and rewarded for their effort and dedication.
