Dear Page Families,
Starting this next school year (2024-25), the Lamphere Athletics Program has switched to a great new platform- Big Teams! Big Teams is a site being used by many schools and is growing in popularity, primarily due to the streamlined nature of its capability to handle all the information and necessary documents needed to compete in MHSAA Athletics. Now, instead of having to go through PRIVIT (a site we will no longer be using) and a separate Athletics website, we can get all the information we need and store it in one spot!
As you probably already know, sports and activities always seem to get here a lot sooner than you may think, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you create and update your athlete and parent/family profile today!

Each athlete will need to create their own student account (it’s preferred they create this in the presence and with the help of a trusted adult/family member) AND a linked parent/family account. Nothing can happen until BOTH accounts are created and LINKED.
We have created a helpful document that will help you with Creating an Account on Big Teams (click here).
From there (upon creating your student’s account and a linked parent/family’s account), there are four sets of forms that need to be completed electronically.
- Physical Exam (MUST be dated after April 15 of the most recent school year)
- Consent (and Insurance/Medical History)
- Concussion (Return to Play)
- Emergency Contact Information (to be completed on Big Teams account)

If you have the physical copy, you can simply take a picture of it and upload it to your device (it’s recommended to do it by computer) and attach it to your profile, in the appropriate area.
Starting immediately, we are NOT going to accept any physical paper copies- everything will be done online (or paper copies need to be manually uploaded) by the family. Please see and follow the directions in this document on Creating an Account on Big Teams (click here).
