At the end of each sport season, we plan to hold a Sports Celebration, to honor our student-athletes and their accomplishments. It is held on the posted date starting at 3:10 pm in the Page Middle School Auditorium for team and athlete recognition, followed by refreshments and coach visitation time in the cafeteria.

 

In order to properly plan and prepare for this event, all student-athletes must apply for a ticket to attend this event by completing a brief Google Form. Students will be able to find the link for the Google form in an email sent to them a few weeks prior to the event, as well as on the front page of this athletics website in the Announcements section. Only Page students will have access to the form (and will need to access through their Lamphere Gmail account) and must complete the form within the two-week time frame, before the posted deadline. All ticket forms (Google Forms) must be submitted and NO LATER THAN the posted deadline, or athletes will not be able to attend- no exceptions!

 

Family members are able to attend if their student-athlete has signed up. Family members do not need a ticket. 

 

We do ask that any student-athlete in attendance is ready to be picked up or leave to walk home by 4:20 pm, and we appreciate your cooperation and support.
